Orders & Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), UPI, and net banking. For international orders, we accept payments via major international credit and debit cards.
Our website prices are listed in INR. International customers can pay using their local currency through their credit card, and the conversion will be handled by your payment provider at the prevailing exchange rate.
Absolutely. All transactions on our website are processed through secure, SSL-encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your card details on our servers.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please reach out to us immediately via WhatsApp or email and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once dispatched, modifications or cancellations are not possible.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving payment. Please note that dispatches may be delayed in the event of Sundays, local or national holidays, or unforeseen circumstances such as strikes or natural disruptions. In such cases, your order will be dispatched on the next available working day.
Yes, we ship worldwide! We deliver to the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore, the Middle East, and many other countries. Shipping charges and delivery timelines vary by destination.
Domestic (India): 5β7 business days for most locations. International: 10β20 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking details with you directly via WhatsApp. You can use these to track your shipment in real time on the courier partnerβs website.
Our prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or VAT for international shipments. These charges are determined by the destination countryβs regulations and are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking your local customs policies before placing an order.
Domestic shipping is free on orders above a specified value (check our website for the current threshold). For orders below that value and for international shipments, charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Products & Sizing
This varies by product. Each listing clearly states whether a blouse piece is included. We also offer a curated range of readymade padded blouses and patchwork blouses that pair beautifully with our sarees.
A detailed size guide is available on each blouse product page. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing against the chart before ordering. If you need help, our team is happy to assist via WhatsApp.
We make every effort to represent colours as accurately as possible. Our product images are enhanced using AI tools to ensure clarity and consistency. That said, slight variations between the screen and the actual product are natural and can occur due to differences in device displays, screen settings, lighting conditions, and the inherent characteristics of handloom fabrics where dye lots may vary marginally. We encourage you to reach out to us on WhatsApp if you would like additional photos or details of any product before purchasing.
For select products, we offer customisation options. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your requirements and we will let you know what is possible.
Returns, Exchanges & Care
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Customised or altered items are not eligible for return.
Please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and arrange a pick-up where available.
We are sorry if that happens. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Handloom fabrics are best cared for with gentle handling. We recommend dry cleaning for silk sarees. Cotton and mul mul sarees can be hand-washed in cold water with a mild detergent. Always dry in shade and store folded in a clean muslin cloth to preserve the fabric and colours.
Store sarees in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Wrap them in soft muslin or cotton cloth rather than plastic covers, which can trap moisture. Refold periodically to prevent permanent crease lines.
