- Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases, including returns.
- Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to location, weather, or courier delays.
- AADYA currently does not provide reverse pickup. For an approved damaged, defective or incorrect-product return, AADYA reimburses the reasonable return courier charge against the courier/postal receipt. For size/fit exchanges, to-and-fro shipping charges are borne by the customer. See our Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy.
