Important Notes
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation. You will receive a tracking update once your order is shipped.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases, including returns.
- Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to location, weather, or courier delays.
- For orders where pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to self-ship returns. A maximum of ₹100 will be provided as a credit note towards reverse shipping charges.
- Items purchased at our retail stores are not covered under this online shipping policy.
