Return & Exchange Policy

Effective April 2026

Please Read Before Raising a Request

  1. Items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  2. Products must have original packaging and tags in place. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
  3. An unboxing video is required as proof for all return and exchange requests.
  4. Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  5. Return requests must be raised within 7 days and exchange requests within 3 days of receiving the product.
  6. Products will be picked up within 3–5 days after the request is approved.
  7. Items purchased at retail stores are eligible for returns/exchanges only at the store. Items purchased online can only be returned/exchanged online.
Domestic Orders

Cancellation Policy

  1. To cancel an order, please do so before it is shipped. A shipping charge of ₹100 will be deducted once the order is dispatched. ₹100 deducted post-dispatch
  2. Send your cancellation request to connect@goaadya.com with the subject line:
    "Return Details : Order ID : XXXXXX"

Return Policy

  1. If the product arrives in bad condition or with tampered packaging, please refuse the delivery and email connect@goaadya.com with your Order ID. A replacement will be issued at no additional cost.
  2. Raise your return request within 7 days of receiving the shipment via connect@goaadya.com.
  3. For defective products, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at connect@goaadya.com with your Order ID and photos/videos of the defect. We will issue a credit note or refund the product amount.
  4. If pickup is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product. A maximum of ₹100 will be credited as a credit note for reverse shipping charges.
  5. For COD orders, a refund link will be sent to your registered email and phone number. If the link is not redeemed, contact our customer service within 3 months for a new link. COD: Link valid 3 months

Exchange Policy

  1. Raise an exchange request within 3 days of receiving the product via connect@goaadya.com. Once we receive the item, the replacement will be shipped within 5–7 working days. An approval email will be sent within 48 hours. 3-day window
  2. Ensure original packaging is intact when the product is picked up.
  3. No return or exchange request will be accepted after 7 days (return) or 3 days (exchange) of receiving the shipment.
  4. You will be notified once we receive your returned shipment.
  5. If pickup is unavailable at your location, you will need to self-ship. A maximum of ₹100 will be issued as a credit note for reverse shipping.
  6. If exchanging for a product of lower value, the balance will be refunded to your original payment method or as a credit note — your choice.
  7. Credit notes cannot be encashed once opted for. Non-encashable
  8. Products bought during a sale are non-refundable. Sale: No refund
  9. Exchange is permitted once only per order. 1 exchange per order
International Orders
  1. We do not offer a return or exchange policy for international customers. If you wish to return a product, you may ship it back at your own expense. Upon receipt and quality check, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or as store credit. Original product tags must be intact. No exchange
  2. To cancel an international order, please do so before dispatch — a full refund will be issued. No refund is available once the order has shipped.
  3. For defective products, email connect@goaadya.com with your Order ID and a photo of the defect. After investigation, we will issue a credit note or refund for the defective item. No replacement will be sent for international orders.
